MANUEL ENTEPRISES was established in 1981,and it started it's business relationship
with Nationnal Panasonic (Phils.),Inc.about middle of 1981. The Product lines
was Arc & Gas Electrodes,Industrial Safety Equipment/Supplies. The company had
only two workers who manned the selling and services when it started in in 1981.
Today it has some 15 contract employees who among others operate the company's
services are Electro-mechanical jobbing, Hardware construction, Electronic and
Electrical parts, Skill training & Certification and consultancy & inspection
services.
H.M. MANUEL ENTERPRISES's office site at Tipaz, Taguig, Metro Manila occupies
some 109 square meters piece of resident land, and it's contract employees go
about their different contract work areas located those in Taytay,
Bataan and Mandaluyong. At present the bulk of the company's product are supplies/services
to the requirement for consultancy and inspection services in Bataaan (Arsenal).
Aside from Arsenal it also services the requirement for the company's service
above in the industrial company.
Regarding H.M. Manuel Enterprises relationship with its clients, Mr. Herminio
C. Manuel, Sales Manager seems happy enough in the particular case of Arsenal,
services first before profit. Right now, Arsenal only get about 15% of our business.
This is the reason why we open a new accounts and product line. The key factor
to the happy turn of events has been our determination. Equipped with a little
knowledge in the particular line of business, which i got from the experience
in a modern trading business in welding products, which i got from to learn
extensively more about the Welding in the United States, Europe and to a number
of Asian countries like HongKong and Singapore. The initial investment was paid
off, the pay off did not come in cash but it has come indeed in a more
meaningful way in a more sufficient form. It has come by way of having cushioned
the company with elasticity in facing the changing condition of economy not
only to survive but to prevail creditability.
